How your data is handled
A factual description of the current beta. This is not a full privacy policy. A formal policy and terms will be published with the operating company's details before paid plans start.
Stays in your browser
Your show ZIPs, spreadsheets and media files. They are read and checked on your device and are not uploaded.
Saved to your account
Your email address, optional display name and company, shows (name, date, venue, client), schedules and cue text, column and media choices, a list of the source file names and fingerprints, and check reports with file metadata.
Who can see it
Inside the app, other users cannot see your shows: every saved item is limited to its owner by the database's access rules. People who administer the service, and the hosting and database providers (Supabase) can technically access stored data when operating or supporting the service.
Payments
None. The beta collects no payment details.
Deleting data
Deleting a show removes its saved schedule and reports.
