What ShowReady reads
Everything below is processed in your browser. ShowReady saves your schedule and the check report to your show, never the source files.
Limits
| Show package (ZIP) | Up to 200 MiB |
|---|---|
| Files in a package | Up to 500 |
| Any single file in a package | Up to 128 MiB |
| Total size once unpacked | Up to 512 MiB |
| Run-of-show spreadsheet imported on its own | Up to 20 MiB (.xlsx, .csv, .tsv) |
What it checks
- Every media reference in the schedule against the files supplied, including missing, ambiguous and unused files.
- File structure and metadata: type, resolution, frame rate, codec, audio channels and duration where the file declares them.
- Durations against the schedule, and against your show requirements if you enter them.
- Presentation decks: structure, slide size and fonts named in the file.
- Schedule consistency: unclear durations, invalid times and overlapping cues. Uncertain spreadsheet structure is presented for confirmation.
Every check report lists the checks that were skipped and why.
What it does not do
- No full playback or decode test. It does not certify that a file plays on your playback system.
- No loudness measurement, and no check of the fonts installed on show machines.
- Encrypted ZIPs, password-protected or legacy Office files (.xls, .ppt) and PDF agendas are not supported.
- No cloud upload, AI scanning or reading of every possible spreadsheet layout. Unusual layouts may need your answers.
